Exploring Posttraumatic Growth in Women Who Have Been Relationally Betrayed by a Romantic Partner
Emotional and/or sexual betrayal experienced by women in a romantic relationship has been identified as a traumatic experience for many. Is it possible to experience greater personal strength, richer relationships, spiritual growth and other examples of positive change after experiencing such a highly challenging life crisis?
If you are a woman who has been emotionally or sexually betrayed in a significant romantic relationship, your participation is requested for a research study offered in association with Duquesne University. The purpose of this study is to gather information from women who have been relationally betrayed in order to determine if they have experienced posttraumatic growth and to determine what resources may have contributed to such growth.
